Join the Palmetto Trail and SC250 on Monday, June 29 at 10:00 a.m. for a guided 2 mile, low to moderate hike along Section 2 of the Eutaw Springs Passage as part of Carolina Day. Experience South Carolina’s sites, trails, and rivers and the history they hold while exploring a passage that highlights the state’s role in the Revolutionary War, including the site of the Battle of Eutaw Springs, the last major engagement in the Carolinas.
This guided hike offers a chance to enjoy the natural beauty of the passage, learn about its historical significance, and connect with the stories rooted in this remarkable landscape.

Additionally, Palmetto Trail is also partnering with Poinsett State Park for another hike opportunity for June 29th, at Poinsett State Park. It is a 3.2 mile hike which will take place from 9 AM to 11 AM. You can find the hike for Poinsett State Park here
