9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Lend a hand in preserving one of the Palmetto Trail’s most iconic passages! Volunteers are invited to join us along the Peak to Prosperity Passage for a special cleanup project focused on removing old boards and debris left from past bridge repair efforts.
This scenic section of the trail is home to 20 historic trestle bridges, making it a truly unique destination for hikers, cyclists, and outdoor enthusiasts. Over time, repair projects have left behind materials that now need to be cleared to maintain the beauty and safety of the trail. Volunteers will help collect and remove these old boards, opening up space for future restoration work and ensuring the passage remains a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
